Statement of Services: The Information Technology Department is responsible for supporting the City's Wide Area Network (WAN) and computer related functions.  Examples of key services include:

Installation and support of microcomputers, servers, routers, hubs, swtiches and other network components;
Web and internet services;
Municipal cable television production and programming;
Technical support liaison for all hardware and software;
Water and tax bill production;
Telephone system administration; 
Coordination of technical training;
Printing of special assessment bills, employee W-2 forms and contractor 1099 forms
Devise and implement hardware and software standards, resulting in five-year City-wide computer replacement schedule (See Capital Improvement Plan Section of Adopted Budget Policy Document);
Plan for the future technological improvements.
