Public Notice Regarding Tax Forms The Madison Heights Library will be able to provide limited Federal tax forms. 

Notice of Change in Policy
  -  Renewal of Madison Heights Library Cards
Effective March 30, 2015: 
All Madison Heights Public Library’s library cards will expire one year from the date they are issued. Cards will be renewed upon verification of current address. Outstanding fines and fees must be paid before a card will be renewed.  See more information.
 
LittlePIMThe Madison Heights Library now has Little Pim, the language learning program for kids from Mango Languages.   Don't forget - you will need a Madison Heights Library card that starts with the numbers 29029xxxxxxxxx to use Little Pim or Mango.  Have fun and Check it out..

Pictures may be taken at library programs and events.  Please sign a release form if interested in being in any posted photographs.  Pictures of people that have not signed a release will not be used. A release form is available at the library and at all library programs and events.
