Do you know a terrific community volunteer? We're seeking nominations for volunteer recognition awards whose projects and actions support the mission, vision, and values of the City.
Now, more than ever, the City wants to celebrate our volunteers. Please nominate an outstanding resident or business for one of our four award categories.
Award categories:
- Madison Heights Business of the Year Award recognizes local businesses and nonprofits that exemplify the core values of innovation, resilience, collaboration, resourcefulness, diversity, equity, inclusion, environmental sustainability, or community support.
The City recognizes the indispensable contributions of local businesses to our community, encourages economic growth, and facilitates local business support.
- Volunteer of the Year - The City relies heavily on the skills, time, talent, and energy of Madison Heights residents who work with appointed officials, paid staff, and elected representatives on issues of importance to the community.
- Outstanding Neighbor Award recognizes individuals who have gone above and beyond to make their communities a more livable place.
- Madison Heights Spirit Award recognizes those individuals or groups that are constantly promoting Madison Heights and are frequently behind efforts to improve the city.
