Faced with significant maintenance costs at several City buildings, the City of Madison Heights is currently planning a major project to expand and update the Active Adult Center by relocating it to the Civic Center Plaza. This will include renovation and updates to the Library and downsizing of City Hall as well.
To save on construction costs, a second project is also planned to update Fire Station #2.
Come out and hear the exciting plans and ask any questions you may have before these projects enter the design phases.
