   It has been estimated that on average, people spend one-third of their life at work, if that's the case, who has made Madison Heights a better place to work? This award recognizes Peer-to-Peer award recognizing outstanding contributions made towards enhancing the quality and morale of the workplace and creating a better public image of City government (such as positive interaction with other employees, public awareness, improving internal relationships, or collaboration with other agencies).
