Zumba Gold is a lower impact dance fitness class that is perfect for EveryBODY! This class offers easy to follow moves and awesome music. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you will see why Zumba Fitness classes are often called “Exercise in Disguise”. Super effective and Super FUN - this class is designed to bring people together for a dance fitness party. No dance experience is needed - this class is perfect for beginners or anyone getting back into fitness routines. We focus on all elements of fitness: cardio, muscular conditioning, flexibility and balance. We will use 1.2 pound Zumba Toning Sticks (provided by the Instructor) in some routines to strengthen and tone our muscles. Come ready to sweat, prepare to leave empowered and feeling strong.
