Information Technology

The Information Technology Department is responsible for supporting the City's Wide Area Network (WAN) and computer related functions. Examples of key services include:

Coordination of technical training
Devise and implement hardware and software standards, resulting in five-year City-wide computer replacement schedule
Installation and support of microcomputers, servers, routers, hubs, switches and other network components
Plan for the future technological improvements
Technical support liaison for all hardware and software
Telephone system administration
