Assessor's Office Accessibility Policy - Pursuant to PA 660 of 2018

Assessing Department Hours are Fridays 8:00am-11:30am and 12:30 pm-4:30pm, with the exception of observed holidays.

• Taxpayer inquiries may be submitted to the City Assessor, Debra J. Kopp or any assistant to the Assessor, Jessica, Colleen, or Mike, by calling 248-837-2644 or by emailing assessor@madison-heights.org. The estimated response time to inquiries is 7 or less business days.

• A taxpayer may arrange a meeting with an Assessing Department employee for the purpose of discussing an inquiry in-person by calling 248-837-2644 or by emailing assessor@madison-heights.org.

• Taxpayer requests for inspection of production of records maintained by the Assessing Department may be made by calling 248-837-2644 or by emailing assessor@madison-heights-org. A staff member will be assigned the request. A Freedom of Information Act request may be required
