The City of Madison Heights is committed to ensuring that the fundamental principles of equal opportunity are upheld in all decisions involving our employees and contractors/consultants, and ensuring that the residents and non-residents of our City are afforded access to our programs and services.

Director

The City of Madison Heights designates Amy J. Misczak, Human Resources Director, as the Title VI Officer with the responsibility of ensuring that the City of Madison Heights complies with the Title VI regulations. The Human Resources Director of the City of Madison Heights will be responsible for initiating and monitoring Title VI activities, and all other responsibilities as required.
