Absentee Ballots

Absentee voter ballots are available to residents who meet one of the following requirements:
  • 60 years or older
  • Assigned to work as a precinct inspector
  • Expect to be absent from the City on Election Day
  • In jail, awaiting arraignment or trial
  • Unable to attend polls because of religious beliefs
  • You are unable to vote without assistance

Permanent Absentee


Anyone who has already requested to have their name placed on a permanent absentee ballot application list will automatically receive an application in the mail.
