Flex Space

When not in use for City or Library events, the Flex Space is typically set up as a first-come, first-serve public use as a study or lounge area. 

The room is reservable for groups of five (5) to twelve (12) people in alignment with the Flex Space Meeting Room Policy.

Reserve a study space up to 2 days ahead of time for groups of up to four people. When not reserved, study spaces are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. For larger groups, please check out the City's Room Rental page.

If you want to partner with the library for an event, please fill out our Contact Form

The director, coordinator, or community engagement librarian will respond letting you know whether the proposed event is being considered, or if we need more information. Events for the library are typically scheduled six months to a year in advance. Several factors including previous events, community interest, whether other organizations are providing similar events, cost, date, time, and more are taken into consideration when developing the library's event schedule.
